Pharmacy and Theraputics Meeting

The Office of Public Health Emergency Preparedness and the Office of Force Readiness and Deployment will hold a P&T Committee meeting on Friday, March 24, 2006 in the Tower Building beginning at 8:30 AM in the OFRD/OCCO Training Room.

The Formulary to be reviewed is the existing drug list for the Federal Medical Stations - Type III. Patients seen in the FMS are typically elderly, with chronic medical conditions. Other patient requirements to be considered are mental health, pediatric, trauma, infectious diseases, etc.

We need internal medicine, primary care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and mental health physicians, as well as dental, nursing, and pharmacy representation on the P&T. If you are available to review the Formulary in advance, and make recommendations for addition, deletion, or adjustment on March 24th, login to http://ccrf.hhs.gov/ccrf/missions/P&T_Committee.htm and indicate your availability.
